Constitution

The Observatory Annual General Meeting will be held at the Marine Hotel, Criccieth, on Saturday 3 July 2010  There will be a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING beginning at 2pm (where changes to our Constitution will be the main subject for discussion and decision), followed by the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AT approx. 2.30pm

Members of the "Friends of Bardsey" and their friends are invited to attend but only paid-up members will be entitled to vote.   An Agenda for the meetings will be posted on here before the meetings.   Particulars about nominating Friends of Bardsey to Council and as Trustees will also be included with the next issue of The Beacon Newsletter which will be either posted to paid-up members or viewed on this website if they have chosen not to have it in paper format.    (21 February 2010)
